APD Assign Printer for PDxx Action Code

APD device Define or amend an existing printer device name which will be defined in the PDFILE with a mnemonic code and a virtual device name '????????'. If the virtual device name '????????' has not been assigned to a real device with APD, the printer name will be requested the first time that mnemonic code is called.
